Reading The Blessing Zone by Dr. Victoria E. Jones has blessed me. Dr. Jones laid out a clear, well written outline showing us that it is within our reach to discover God’s presence in our daily lives. It is by who we meet, what we experience, how God leads us to change, discomfort and challenges that shows us our many blessings. We can enrich our lives by exploring God’s plan by opening our hearts, minds and digging into God’s word. He is right there showing us how blessed we are. His plan is laid out before us. This is our Blessing Zone. Great job, Dr. Jones in opening my eyes to the many blessings in my life and how to get to the Zone.

The Bible clearly tells us “if we obey and serve God, we shall spend our days in prosperity and our years in pleasures.” (Job 36:11) Vicky, no wonder your life is so rich of God’s blessings and overflowing with His favor! When I met you during the year of 1990, I came face-to-face with Godly wisdom, intellect, a virtuous woman who has a heart to please God and one who also has unfathomable compassion for those who are looking for guidance, coaching and a hand up; not a hand down in time of need. Little did I know that the Lord had a plan and would use my then short interaction with you as a “crowning event” that changed my life…professionally, personally and most importantly spiritually! Throughout the years, you have consistently modeled Christian leadership and have taught me and other women you’ve taken under your wings how to change our perspective when we’re faced with difficulties and life altering situations. Instead of dreading the situation, you’ve taught us to view them as defining moments to grow and strengthen our personal relationships with the Lord in such a way that He would be pleased. I remember vividly with tears in my eyes, having you pray for me in a conference room before attending a critical meeting. Not many would do this…but, you did…time and time again. Vicky, people can’t buy books for the type of impartation and knowledge that you’ve poured into our lives; it’s genuine…it has integrity and it’s straight from your experiences of what the Lord has taught and revealed to you that will help others. Your love for the Lord (His people) and your reverence to obey Him as Father shows brilliantly through your commitment and service to the work of the ministry in Victorious Women. Families, individual children, women and young girls alike have all been recipients of this love. Some may never meet you personally here on earth through your gift giving ministry events, but know this – I’m sure you’ve made life a lot easier…and a lot happier for many who would have otherwise gone without. How do I know all of this? I have been an eye witness to seeing women and teenage girls lives changed after attending your conference. They’ve received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. They’ve left stronger knowing that they are “wonderfully and fearfully made.” You make an impact and God gets the glory! They are experiencing Christ through you.
